A bit shit-posty, I know. The irony was too potent for me to ignore here. When I first heard about this jam, I was in the middle of a personal project where I would try to make an entire, simple game in a day, without following a single tutorial. My laptop still has the sticky note with the idea on it right now, in fact.
The "loop" aspect is derived from the sheer amount of times I've attempted to teach myself gamedev - at *least* 5. This is the farthest I've gotten in the least amount of time, at the very least.
I submitted this to the jam because I was on another project that was a geniune attempt to make something beyond a simple shitpost, but it fell through. I learned a lot from the experience, though, and felt it worthwhile to leave some mark on this jam as a sign that I attempted it at the very least.  So here you go - a metatextual shitpost about my game development journey I made in under 6 hours before I even knew this jam existed.
